more cake!


1 c tapioca starch
1/2 c sweet rice flour
1/2 c sorghum flour
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c sugar
3/4 t xanthan gum
(no egg replacer this time)

1/2 c olive oil/walnut oil
1 egg
1 c unsweetened yogurt
2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate (2 squares of a baking bar)
2 t vanilla extract
juice from 2 blood oranges
zest from 1 blood orange
1/4 cup red wine (we had some lying around)

bake at 350 for 40 minutes

juice 2 more blood oranges to glaze your cake.
